Summer Intern/Co-op 2026 – Full Stack Software Engineer

Join our US Retirement Technology Team as a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern and gain hands-on experience working with persistent squads that support critical business applications. You’ll collaborate with Tech Leads, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work on user stories assigned during each sprint, including build and KTLO (Keep The Lights On) tasks.

  • Collaborate with Tech Leads, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and showcase understanding of problem statements.

  • Build proposed solutions and deliver business outcomes aligned with priorities defined during PI Planning.

  • Engage with external teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

  • Complete assigned stories and demo & deploy solutions into production by the end of the internship.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of Java, React, Spring Boot, GitHub, Azure, and SQL.

  • Familiarity with C#, Angular/React, Azure, and SQL.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies (will be taught during onboarding)
