Senior Manager Supplier Enablement

This role offers the opportunity to lead a global transformation in how our suppliers and catalogs are onboarded, optimized, and connected into our P2P ecosystem. As Senior Manager, Supplier Enablement, you directly contribute to our mission of “Buy Better” by creating frictionless buying channels, enhancing data accuracy, and enabling scalable digital procurement across regions. You will shape the global roadmap, influence cross‑functional strategy, and build the standards and tools that elevate the supplier and user experience. In this opportunity, you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, lead high‑impact global initiatives, and play a pivotal role in modernizing the way our organization engages its supply base.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the North American supplier enablement strategy and roadmap across the Ivalua and Fieldglass P2P platforms.
  • Oversee catalog enablement, including creation, updates, punchouts, cXML integrations, and lifecycle governance. Conduct spend analyses to identify catalog opportunities and rationalization.
  • Partner with Global Sourcing and Procurement Operations to streamline onboarding, optimize buying channels, and ensure data accuracy. Define and implement optimal buying channels for contracted suppliers.
  • Drive supplier portal adoption through training, communication, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Maintain enablement playbooks, documentation, templates, and support continuous improvement through feedback, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in procurement operations, supplier enablement, P2P, supply chain management, or related functions in a global, matrixed organization.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise procurement technologies such as Ivalua, Fieldglass, Ariba, Coupa, or SAP (including catalog enablement, supplier onboarding, and buying‑channel configuration).
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional programs and influencing at senior levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading global supplier enablement or catalog transformation initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Deep expertise in contract lifecycle management, buying‑channel design, and digital procurement workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, integrations (including cXML and punchouts), and supplier portal adoption.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change, lead cross‑functional stakeholder engagement, and manage complex global programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics and reporting tools to evaluate spend, catalog performance, and supplier effectiveness.

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD
