National Sales Coordinator, Affinity Channel

We're looking for a dynamic National Sales Coordinator to join our Affinity Sales Team. In this key role, you'll provide essential administrative and sales support, helping us meet our business development goals and sales targets. You'll collaborate closely with our team and the advisors we support, and your work will make a real impact.

Position Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain the Salesforce CRM to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Process invoices, manage expense reporting, and support budget tracking.

  • Manage the general inbox and phone queue to ensure timely responses.

  • Support new hires with onboarding coordination.

  • Coordinate promotional items and manage travel logistics for the sales team.

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Build and assist with the deployment of sales and marketing content, partnering closely with Marketing to ensure materials are advisor‑ready, compliant, and aligned with national sales priorities.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute targeted email campaigns and national promotional initiatives.

  • Manage the Continuing Education (CE) credit process.

  • Track and support promotional campaigns and advisor engagement initiatives.

  • Support virtual seminars and webinars.

  • Enhance and support the Affinity Elite Advisor experience through materials, communications, and program execution.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Conduct inside sales reporting and manage ongoing activity and recognition reports.

  • Distribute regular sales reports to national sales leadership and wholesalers.

  • Collaborate with the Business Analytics team on data manipulation, reporting needs, and insights.

  • Support tracking of follow‑ups, campaign effectiveness, and advisor engagement metrics.

Advisor Meetings and Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for advisor meetings and events.

  • Work closely with wholesalers to build, organize, and maintain sales rooms and advisor‑meeting environments to support impactful presentations and training sessions.

  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and presentation content for meetings.

  • Assist with presentation follow‑ups, including distribution of materials, documentation of next steps, and coordination of post‑meeting actions.

  • Support promotional activities tied to advisor meetings and events.

Team and Partner Coordination

  • Represent Affinity in internal and cross‑functional meetings as required.

  • Plan team agendas, track action items, and support execution of deliverables.

  • Partner with wholesalers and internal stakeholders to ensure accountability on initiatives.

  • Manage the Wholesaler Effectiveness Survey process.

  • Oversee phone queue management for inside sales support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

  • Expect occasional travel for training, meetings, and events.

  • Proficiency with digital tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a talent for preparing and analyzing reports.

  • Discretion and tact in handling sensitive information.

  • Experience in financial services is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary range is expected to be between

$43,875.00 CAD - $73,125.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
