As part of our Marketing team and reporting to the Director of the Transformation Program Management Office, you will play a key role in helping the CMO Office stay organized, aligned, and focused on delivering work that supports these goals.
As a Manager, Marketing Strategy & Program Management you will support the operating rhythms that keep our leadership team moving in the same direction to deliver meaningful outcomes for Canadian customers. You’ll bring a thoughtful balance of structure and creativity, uplifting how we communicate, plan, govern, and mobilize across a complex and fast‑evolving marketing ecosystem. And you’ll do this by working collaboratively with partners from across Canadian business units and our global teams.
A key part of the role is turning data and business updates into clear, actionable stories for executives. You’ll help shape materials and communications that explain what we’re seeing in the business, why it matters, and what actions come next. You’ll also support special initiatives, including select digital transformation workstreams, ensuring teams have structure, clarity, and follow‑through.

Position Responsibilities:
Run critical business reporting cadences: curate metrics and insights, surface trade-offs, and drive follow-through on top priorities.
Chief of Staff operations: leadership team meetings, offsites, and Canada Marketing Town Halls; shape executive communications and narratives.
Champion special initiatives: establishing clear governance and activation plans.
Optimize planning cycles: align OKRs, scorecards, and intake processes to streamline decision-making for marketing leadership team.
Support Digital transformation: project manage select workstreams and support business casing for future-year funding.
Continuously improve ways of working: simplify processes, remove blockers, codify best practices.
Partner across teams: build collaborative relations across business units and global teams to achieve shared objectives.
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years in marketing strategy, business strategy and/or program management.
Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and data‑driven storytelling skills.
A passional for relationship building supported by solid facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to turn insights into actions and draw crisp connections between customer outcomes and business benefits.
A deep curiosity to learn more about business drivers and processes.
Familiarity with Mural and modern program management tools/best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
High data literacy; Excel proficiency; Power BI an asset.
PMP, Prosci, CCMP or PRINCE2.

Salary range is expected to be between
$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
