Description
Treasury Systems and Transformation (TST) team is responsible for providing project delivery and business systems analysis support to developing, maintaining, and enhancing Global Treasury Cash Application infrastructure. The team works in an environment that brings together resources specializing in several disciplines including Treasury Operations, IT, project management and business and financial analysis skills. Key responsibilities of the area are project delivery for global book of work initiatives, process automations and controls, implementing changes and upgrades to the ERP and maintaining a controlled, reliable, accessible, and stable Treasury application infrastructure.
Position Responsibilities:
CoE Leadership & Strategy
- Establish and lead the AI & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Treasury Operations
- Define automation strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
- Support automation opportunities across treasury functions
- Drive adoption of agentic AI capabilities and intelligent workflows
Automation Delivery
- Lead development of end-to-end automation solutions using:
- Power Automate / Power Platform
- Custom AI agents (agentic workflows)
- Low-code/no-code applications
- Oversee solution lifecycle
- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant with risk and control standards
AI & Agentic Solutions
- Design and implement AI-driven use cases such as:
- Intelligent process automation
- Decision support agents
- Data extraction and workflow orchestration
- Promote reuse of AI components and standardized frameworks
- Provide support to other AI solutions being developed with the help of Corporate AI team
Application Development & Integration
- Build and oversee development of custom apps (Power Apps or equivalent)
- Lead integrations across internal/external systems and EDLs using APIs and middleware
- Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient system integrations
- Support Power BI dashboards as required
Production Support & Governance
- Own production stability of automation solutions
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes
- Ensure proper documentation, auditability, and compliance with enterprise controls
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Treasury, IT, AI and Business teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Influence senior stakeholders on automation and AI adoption
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of automation developers, analysts, and AI specialists
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
- 10-12 years of experience in Intelligent automation / RPA / AI solutions & Financial services, Treasury Operations, or Banking preferred
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), API integrations & system architecture, AI/ML solutions (including exposure to LLMs / agentic AI frameworks)
- Proven experience building and leading automation programs or CoEs, and delivering complex, enterprise-scale automation solutions
- Strong understanding of Treasury operations, and Controls, audit, and risk considerations in financial environments

Salary range is expected to be between
$113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
