Director, Transformation Delivery

As Director, Transformation Delivery, you will build and mature an operations-wide capability that scales delivery through strong standards, sound platform operations, and disciplined portfolio management. You’ll partner with business and technology leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities, ensure secure and compliant solutions, and drive consistent, high-quality results across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the enterprise Decisions.com automation strategy, roadmap, and operating model.

  • Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize automation opportunities aligned to enterprise goals.

  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Define architecture patterns, reusable components, and integration guidelines to enable scalable, repeatable delivery.

  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements and align to internal risk controls.

  • Lead intake, demand management, and end-to-end lifecycle management for the automation portfolio.

  • Implement KPI/ROI measurement, dashboards, testing frameworks, and release management to drive transparency and quality.

  • Build and lead the CoE team; drive training/certification, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement informed by platform and AI feature evolution.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in digital transformation, automation, enterprise platforms, or related fields.

  • Experience with workflow automation, business rules engines, or low-code platforms (Decisions.com preferred).

  • Working understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and enterprise architecture.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change‑management skills.

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with the Decisions.com platform (rule engine, flows, integrations).

  • Experience in Canada and/or US Retirement

  • Background in operational excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma.

Salary range is expected to be between

$125,100.00 CAD - $175,100.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
