Description
The Investment Processing Services team in Manulife Investments provides investors with quality operational services. These include the processing of financial and non-financial transactions, including trade acceptance, placement and settlement and preparing outbound phone/fax/mail communication to advisors and dealers. Position Responsibilities:
Accurately handle increasingly complex client service requests at initial point of contact utilizing multiple administrative systems within the defined service standards
Dedication to maintaining the outlined service levels and quality and productivity standards is required and will be used to measure success.
Keep current with company policies, procedures and maintain processing knowledge
Support to other business areas such as Call Centre, Distributor Services and Technical Support is required at this level.
Required Qualifications:
Customer service focus and skills with the ability to build positive relationships between customers/company and represent Manulife’s best interests.
Organizational/prioritization skills to be able to work in a multitasking environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work overtime consistently as required by business needs
Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Preferred Qualifications:
Investments background (Segregated Funds is a strong asset)
Customer service skills
P/C Microsoft as well as iFast and AWD would be an asset
Maintaining processing expertise, knowledge and keeping current with our systems and products in our rapidly changing environment
Dealing with multiple cases simultaneously in a timely manner

Salary range is expected to be between
$45,900.00 CAD - $76,500.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
