Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide food and beverage service to guests in a professional and attentive manner
  • Organize and manage your assigned section throughout service
  • Take guest orders while anticipating their preferences and needs
  • Prepare bills and process payments accurately
  • Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently explain dishes and beverages to guests
  • Deliver precise, efficient, and attentive service
  • Promote and recommend the Chef's specialties and featured menu items

Requested skills


  • Knowledge of wines, cocktails, scotch and spirits, an asset
  • Passionate about the restaurant industry
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Excellent professional presentation
  • Bilingual French/English required — C1 level English (essential, as approximately half of our clientele is English-speaking; English will be used both verbally and in writing every day).
  • Knowledge of the system Maître D is an asset
  • 2 to 5 years experience is an asset
