Description

Auberge 5 étoiles Relais & Châteaux en bord de lac, le Manoir Hovey recherche un/une Plongeur/euse pour rejoindre notre équipe lauréate, dans la cuisine du Restaurant Le Hatley.

Sous la direction du Chef de Cuisine le ou la Plongeur(se) occupera les fonctions suivantes ;

  • Nettoyer les casseroles, ustensiles, et équipement de la cuisine.
  • Trier et placer la vaisselle propre à l’endroit approprié.
  • Manipuler la vaisselle avec soin afin d'éviter des pertes.
  • Tenir propre la cuisine : planchers, murs, hotte, fourneaux, chambres froides et frigos, garde-manger et tablettes.
  • Travailler proprement et respecter les règlements vestimentaires de l’entreprise.
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches assignées par son supérieur immédiat et nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise.
