Description

Manoir Hovey, a 5 star Relais & Châteaux Inn on the shores of Lake Massawippi, is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team.

Under the direction of the Spa Director, the Spa Receptionist's main duties will be to :

• Warmly welcome Spa clients, check them in and explain the services available.
• Ensure that the customer experience is up to our standards
• Take reservations over the phone and process reservations from the online reservation system appropriately
• Anticipate each guest's expectations in order to provide personalized service
• Inform the client of our care and products that will fully meet their needs over the phone, in person and by email
• Ensure billing compliance upon departure. Ensure that their stay was up to their expectations
• Answer customer questions, both on the phone and in emails.
• Resolve difficulties with enthusiasm and empathy
• Ensure 5-star service in accordance with Relais & Châteaux standards at all times

• Excellent presentation and hospitality skills
• Professional attitudes and behaviour (teamwork skills, autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, versatility, initiative, organizational skills, etc.)
• Fluency in French and English. Fluency in other languages is an asset
• Knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Drive Gmail, etc.)
