What we offer:Job Responsibilities:
SALARY RANGE: $21.00 - $23/Hourly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbal, within the Human Resources Department.
Develop an auditing timing process for our HR teams to monitor and update key employee data within our HRIS systems.
Assist in organizing communications, training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Assist with the full recruitment cycle for internal/external postings from job requisitions to issuing employment contracts.
Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents for site-wide communications.
Participate in HRIS projects and initiatives as needed.
Review, update, and create documentation as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Working towards post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
Highly motivated to work, learn, and teach.
Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
Professional Communication skills (written and verbal) preferred.
Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology preferred.
