Today, we are looking to welcome a Service Technician to strengthen our presence in Ontario and provide our customers with reliable, professional, and personable support.

Your responsibilities :

• Install, repair, and maintain maple sugaring equipment at customer sites and provide after-sales service.
• Diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and carry out necessary repairs.
• Verify the proper functioning of newly installed or repaired equipment.
• Perform modifications and adjustments on existing installations.
• Find effective solutions to challenges encountered in the field.
• Deliver fast, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Participate in on-call rotations outside regular working hours when required.
• Provide technical advice to ensure optimal use of equipment.
• Complete various reports: repair sheets, billing information, inventory tracking, etc.
• Perform any other related tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of the service department.
