The restaurant Les Clandestins will soon open its doors in Old Quebec. It is located within the recently opened Hôtel Corbin.
Inspired by the Prohibition era, this new culinary hideaway will offer hearty cuisine highlighting smoky flavors, a themed cocktail menu, and entertainment unique to Quebec City.
We aim to stand out in the Quebec City dining scene by offering an immersive experience where gastronomy meets entertainment. To bring this vision to life, we are seeking a creative and experienced Executive Chef ready to craft a strong, distinctive culinary identity.
We want to offer our chef significant creative freedom in developing dishes and menus. Several menus will need to be designed throughout the year to complement various themed evenings and regularly refresh the guest experience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about creation, motivated by new challenges, and eager to leave their mark on a project currently taking shape.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least three years of experience as an executive chef in a restaurant
- Previous experience managing a kitchen of more than ten cooks
- Proficiency in cost calculation, inventory management, and expense control
- Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a kitchen team
- Demonstrated creativity and the ability to design multiple menus tailored to different themes
- Strong leadership, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills
- Passion for the restaurant industry and readiness to commit to launching a unique concept
