Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the installation of gas, electrical, and telecommunications utilities in both greenfield and brownfield environments.
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utilities installation.
• Experience in managing civil earthworks projects.
• Knowledge of soil types, compaction, and grading processes
• Experience with trenching methods and best practices.
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of excavation and trenching equipment
• Proven experience in managing the installation of gas, electrical, and telecommunications utilities.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and develop schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.

• This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions

Compensation

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
