Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the installation of gas, electrical, and telecommunications utilities in both greenfield and brownfield environments.
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utilities installation.
- Experience in managing civil earthworks projects.
- Knowledge of soil types, compaction, and grading processes
- Experience with trenching methods and best practices.
- Familiar with the operation and maintenance of excavation and trenching equipment
- Proven experience in managing the installation of gas, electrical, and telecommunications utilities.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and develop schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.

Compensation
$73,600.00 - $101,200.00This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
