Ledcor is now hiring a hardworking Labourer with a Class 5 license, who takes pride in performing safe and quality work. We support our employees with training to develop skills, knowledge, and abilities. You will have the opportunity to have Ledcor support your Mechanic apprenticeship and work your way into a Registered Apprenticeship position.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Leduc Shop clean up, wash bay, assisting Heavy Duty Mechanics
  • Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Monthly/daily inspections of shop/wash bay equipment

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License and a 3-year driver’s abstract

  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, crouching and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Forklift/ skids teer and overhead crane training would be an asset but not required

Work Conditions

  • Work will be indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Local applicants only (no camp)
