Description

You are a Salesforce Developer who is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and delivering customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, which supports the Ledcor Technical Services North American Field Organization.

You will perform complex development tasks, support system enhancements, and guide improvements that enable efficiency for Field Technicians, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), the PMO, and leadership teams. Acting as a subject matter resource within Salesforce development, you will apply best practices, interpret business requirements, and advise stakeholders on effective technical solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs

  • Customize, configure, and enhance Salesforce out-of-the-box features and components (objects, workflows, flows, process builders, Lightning components) to meet business and functional requirements

  • Build, maintain, and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and related tools

  • Collaborate and advise business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, technically sound solutions that improve products and services

  • Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure performance, reliability, and alignment with operational goals

  • Ensure and support data integrity, system security, and compliance across the Salesforce environment

  • Guide and contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce development standards, practices, and governance

  • Collaborate with and advise stakeholders across business units (Field Operations, Customer Service, PMO, Finance, and IT) to understand needs, pain points, and desired outcomes

  • Provide and deliver technical support for the Salesforce FSL platform (mobile and desktop) to a wide range of users including Field Technicians, CSRs, Project Coordinators, Dispatchers, Area Managers, Contractor Technicians, and Billing Teams

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and user issues to ensure smooth system usage and minimal disruption

  • Develop, support, and maintain training materials and technical documentation to enable the FSL Product Owner, business stakeholders, and end-users

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working actively on configuration, development, testing (including unit, quality, user acceptance, end-to-end regression, post-release), deploy, monitor of a Salesforce-based software system

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, comfortable with working with many internal teams and external vendors to solicit requirements and feedback in a remote environment (WFH) setting

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on FSL implementation.

  • Experience with Field Service Lightning and Salesforce Admin configuration

  • Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lighting Web Components

  • Experience with Salesforce Flows

  • Front-end development experience with UX design

  • Experience with SOQL Server technological feature

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate to technical solutions

  • Strong experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, with the ability to deliver timely solutions in complex environments

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
