WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Customer service by telephone or at the counter;

Recommend preventative equipment maintenance to clients during repairs, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, promote our services, and contribute to their success;

Diagnose mechanical problems;

Working on computer to bill and invoice work orders.

YOU HAVE IDEALLY :
- Experience as a Service Clerk will be considered an asset.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is considered an asset.
- Strong desire to learn the technical side of equipment and service operations (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- You are passionate about agriculture, business or the industrial field,
- Functional French : an asset in order to serve the French-speaking clientele related to the position;
- Verbal communication skills, active listening, understanding of the client’s needs, organized (ability to coordinate many requests simultaneously) and a passion for customer service and sales!
