WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
We know you’re more than just a technician — you’re a hands-on leader, a team coach, and a driving force in the shop. That’s why this role is anything but ordinary.
You’ll coordinate the work of our shop and field technicians, ensure repairs are properly followed up, and support the service manager with daily scheduling. You’ll also be a key resource for apprentices and trainees, providing coaching and guidance along the way.
Your impact will go far beyond operations. You’ll help ensure performance standards are met, take part in technician performance reviews, and serve as a trusted point of contact for customers — helping find real solutions in collaboration with your team.

YOU HAVE IDEALLY :
- Competency card “Class A Mechanic”, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience,
- Vocational diploma in mechanics (construction machines, agricultural equipment, heavy machinery or similar),
- 5 years’ experience and + as a workshop technician or workshop foreman,
- You are passionate about agriculture, business or the industrial field,
- Ability to transmit knowledge, organized, patient, manual dexterity, ability to diagnose a mechanical problem and disciplined!
