WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the after-sales service department in accordance with the annual business plan to maximize the department’s profitability goals; 

Supervise your team, ensure their training and performance evaluations, and be responsible for hiring high-quality staff; 

Measure and analyze the performance and productivity standards of workshop and field technicians based on the department’s annual objectives; 

Maintain top-quality after-sales service for both internal and external customers; 

Develop an annual action plan aimed at increasing the service department’s sales volume; 

Serve customers with enthusiasm and address their needs by conducting various research tasks; 

Periodically visit customers to maintain good business relationships and stay informed of their challenges and needs; 

Ensure that the department’s tools and equipment are available and kept in good working order at all times, and recommend the purchase of tools and equipment annually; 

Comply with occupational health and safety standards and policies at all times.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

A degree in a field related to mechanics, parts, or a related field; 

Three or more years of experience in a supervisory and staff management role within an after-sales service department; 

You have a strong interest in mechanics; 

You are passionate about the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sectors; 

Working knowledge of English (a plus); 

Excellent communication, coaching, and planning skills; attention to detail; leadership; professional integrity; and a genuine passion for customer service!
