Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and financial analysis of financial statements
- Prepare client payrolls
- Prepare year-end financial statements in the form of a compilation
- Prepare corporate tax returns for companies
- Prepare year-end forms (T4, T5)
- Prepare individual tax returns
- Review the bookkeeping of junior technicians
- Prepare financial forecasts
- Prepare reports for management or the board of directors

Requirements
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience in an accounting firm is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Sage 50 and/or QuickBooks (Intuit) is a plus
- Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview software is a plus
- Knowledge of Taxprep software is a plus
