Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

 

As the Senior Product Designer for this team, you will help support core business verticals of KPMG and the customer journeys that engage with them via the Global Website. In this role, you will design the website’s user experience based on product requirements and stakeholder feedback to drive global utilization. 

 


What you will do

  • Design and create user-centric solutions using analytics, user research, and technical feasibility while supporting product development through design documentation and artifacts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct stakeholder or user interviews, and facilitate UX workshops to improve product understanding and outcomes
  • Leverage industry research, case studies, and best practices to make informed design decisions and propose scalable global solutions
  • Develop lo-fi wireframes, hi-fi prototypes, and maintain contributions to the KPMG Design System, including creating guidelines and standards
  • Partner with product teams to plan iterative sprint cycles and provide actionable deliverables tailored for the development process
  • Communicate design rationale to stakeholders effectively, presenting strategic decisions confidently while ensuring clarity for diverse audiences

 


What you bring to the role

  • 5+ years of design experience, including 2+ years as a Senior Product Designer. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Angular, and React and understanding of design principles like wireframing, interaction flows, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications
  • Experience in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics) and/or optimization tools (Adobe Test and Target, Optimizely etc.) considered an asset
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an agile environment utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience designing for mobile and responsive web frameworks while following UI and UX design best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders while accommodating flexible hours typical of a global role, enabling effective collaboration across different time zones

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $119,700 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
