We are currently looking for a Project Manager in Deployment and User Support to support our growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for delivering the product to new customers and will play a key role in our deployment team as well as our support/training team.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure customer support throughout the product implementation process.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Understand the customer's internal processes to facilitate the transition and ensure a smooth implementation.
- Plan and oversee deployment, including managing customer communications, software configuration and training.
- Act as the customer's primary point of contact during all phases of software implementation.
- Collaborate with the team by sharing your customer experience to continuously improve our services, internal tools and training.
- Assist the support team by responding to requests for assistance by telephone and chat.
- Ensure the integration of reports with Excel
