Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure customer support throughout the product implementation process.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Understand the customer's internal processes to facilitate the transition and ensure a smooth implementation.
- Plan and oversee deployment, including managing customer communications, software configuration and training.
- Act as the customer's primary point of contact during all phases of software implementation.
- Collaborate with the team by sharing your customer experience to continuously improve our services, internal tools and training.
- Assist the support team by responding to requests for assistance by telephone and chat.
- Ensure the integration of reports with Excel
