  • Participate in project portfolio planning and prioritization;
  • Contribute to technical proposals and cost estimates;
  • Support risk assessments and resolution of complex technical challenges;
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical professionals;
  • Participate in client meetings and support business development activities.
Area 2: Engineering Studies

You will lead technical studies for industrial and mining water treatment projects.

  • Manage conceptual, preliminary, and feasibility studies;
  • Define treatment strategies and processes tailored to client needs;
  • Oversee the sizing and design of systems and equipment;
  • Prepare or validate mass balances, PFDs, P&IDs, and design criteria documents;
  • Participate in the development of CAPEX and OPEX estimates;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of specialists;
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables;
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams;
  • Maintain proactive client relationships throughout project execution;
  • Contribute to the development of innovative technologies and water treatment solutions.
Benefits
  • Role combining technical leadership and strategic project execution;
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility and autonomy;
  • Participation in major mining and industrial projects;
  • Collaborative environment bringing together experts in engineering, process design, manufacturing, and project execution;
  • Professional development and technical leadership opportunities;
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
