Working Conditions :

  • Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Assignment :

Develop the company’s communication and outreach strategy through traditional, digital and event media.
Coordinate and plan the actions of the marketing department.

Description :

  • Develop a common strategy with other members of management to guarantee the growth and profitability of the company.
  • Manage the marketing team (5 people): recruitment, training, monitoring, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate and control marketing projects.
  • Ensure that projects meet performance criteria.
  • Carry out the annual marketing plan.
  • Coordinate the creation and management of product brands.
  • Establish the product marketing plan on different platforms.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing communication tools.
  • Ensure the link between the sales, product and supply departments.
  • Collect data and analyze the results of marketing actions.
  • Monitor performance indicators and recommend adjustments.
  • Coordinate participation in events and trade shows.
  • Promote mobilizing leadership within the team.

Requested skills

Requirements :

  • BAC in marketing or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing (an asset).
  • 5 years or more of experience in marketing management.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • French-English bilingualism required.
  • Mastery of the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of the automotive parts field (an asset).
