What you will do:With Johnson Controls you will be Joining a team of Experienced Innovators and Forward thinkers. Customer Satisfaction is our top priority.In your duties as a member of our service team, you will maintain customer relationships through service excellence. Johnson Controls will provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards. You will also be given the opportunity for increased incentives for executed pull-through work.Johnson Controls Considers Employee Safety a #1 Priority through our industry-leading safety program.How you will do it:Adhere to Johnson Controls' industry-leading safety program.Maintain Customer Relationships through Service Excellence.Maintain customer systems through Preventative Maintenance Contracts.Work with Customers on Service repairs and Solutions.Change and Service FiltersOil and Grease Bearings Perform Belt adjustment and replacement services. Perform Cooling Tower and Condenser Maintenance (coils, evaporators, and tubes) Perform general housekeeping tasks as required by customer contract. Operate mechanical equipment if deemed necessary by customer contract. Operate maintenance tasks using basic hand tools as needed.Perform Indoor Air Quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.Transport rigging equipment to and from sites as needed.What we look for: Requirements5 Years’ experience in the HVAC service industry.Good Written and Oral CommunicationAbility to follow instructions.Clean Drivers Abstract.The ability to Join UA-516 or be a member in good standingAssetsCommercial and Industrial Experience an Asset.Knowledge of BACnet and Modbus communication protocol will be preferredPrevious technical/installation experienceChiller experience Hourly rate of $51.81 determined by UA Local 516 CBA/rate sheet.
