About this position:
This position offers a Physiotherapist a unique blend of outpatient rehabilitation and long-term care responsibilities, providing excellent clinical variety and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients across different stages of their healthcare journey. You will work as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, supporting individuals with mobility challenges, musculoskeletal conditions, chronic disease management, rehabilitation needs, and age-related functional decline.

In the outpatient setting, physiotherapists provide assessment, treatment, education, and exercise prescription for a wide range of conditions, helping patients improve function, manage pain, and achieve their personal health goals. Within long-term care, physiotherapists play an important role in enhancing residents' quality of life through mobility assessments, falls prevention strategies, equipment recommendations, functional maintenance programs, and collaborative care planning.

This role offers the rewarding experience of practicing in a rural healthcare environment where clinicians enjoy greater autonomy, close collaboration with colleagues, and the opportunity to make a visible impact within the community. The continuity of care provided through both outpatient and long-term care services allows Physiotherapists to develop strong therapeutic relationships while contributing to patient-centered care across the lifespan.
