Superintendent – Multi Family

Our client is a self performing developer builder that specializes in ICI and residential construction. They also have a tenant improvement branch. They have been operating throughout the Lower Mainland for over 35 years.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This a unique opportunity to grow join a growing company and work on wood frame and concrete residential projects throughout Vancouver.

ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role you will be reporting to the Construction Manager and working alongside a Project Manager and CSO. You will be expected to do the following:

• Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
• Oversee day-to-day field activities.
• Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
• Conduct employee orientations and safety meetings.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Start to finish wood frame multi family experience as a Superintendent
• Proficient using Sitemax, Bluebeam and MS Suite
• Clean drivers record
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent

COMPENSATION

• $110,000 - $140,000 DOE
• Vehicle allowance
• Fuel Card
• Health and Dental benefits
• Discretionary bonuses
