What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 7+ years’ diverse experience across Commercial Property, Casualty, and Specialty Liability Claims
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Superior analytical capabilities and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to track and document reserves, indemnity, and expenses accurately
  • Willingness to visit claim sites occasionally and work closely with adjusters and clients

Nice to Have:

  • Casualty claims experience including BI, sports, ski claims
  • Exposure to claims at carriers rather than TPA organizations
  • Experience with litigation management and legal collaboration
  • Skills in process automation and backend claims filing
  • Knowledge of real estate and commercial building claims
  • Insurance designations (CIP, CRM, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary in the range of $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
