About The Position
Reporting to the broader legal team, this role supports lawyers across the firm. The successful candidate will prepare corporate documents, assist with stock exchange and regulatory filings, complete SEDAR submissions, and manage ongoing correspondence with clients, counsel, and regulators. The environment is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities..

The Requirements
Must-Haves:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Securities Paralegal
• Paralegal diploma or certificate from a recognized institution

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in corporate or securities law
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation

• Salary: $65,000 - 100,000
