Securities Associate

They are currently seeking a talented corporate securities associate to join their busy team.

Responsibilities
The incumbent lawyer will be responsible for a wide range of sophisticated corporate securities matters and M&A transactions. This would involve but is not limited to assisting public and private companies with prospectus offerings, IPOs, RTOs, equity and debt financing, continuous disclosure obligations, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
• 3+ years of post call experience, ideally with a focused background in corporate securities. Corporate commercial experience will be considered as well
