About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Telecommunications Division. This role will support Project Managers in the successful delivery of telecom and low-voltage projects, ensuring coordination across teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of key milestones
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
- Track project costs, budgets, and progress against schedules
- Attend project meetings and take detailed minutes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements
- Assist with procurement and material tracking for telecom-related components
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within construction or telecommunications
- Exposure to low-voltage systems, structured cabling, or telecommunications projects is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience
