Compensation

  • Base salary between $60,000 - $70,000, rewarding your leadership and dedication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Personal Lines Brokers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help team members excel and grow
  • Analyze and refine workflows to improve efficiency and client experience
  • Monitor service quality, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements
  • Support staffing decisions, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training opportunities
  • Promote a culture of respect, transparency, and community within your team
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulatory standards during standard business hours

Qualifications

  • Alberta Insurance License Level 2 with at least 5 years’ experience in an insurance brokerage environment
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams
  • Experience with Applied Systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
