Personal Lines CSR

Our client, a well-established independent brokerage in Niagara Falls, is currently expanding their team and they are looking for entry-level personal lines professionals who are keen to develop their knowledge and skillset. This could be a great opportunity for a driven professional with some insurance experience to quick move up to an Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive a client experience by understanding and meeting their insurance needs
• Processing and reviewing endorsements, renewals, re-markets, etc.
• Support clients throughout claims process
• Swiftly respond all client inquiries in an efficient and accurate manner, demonstrating excellent service
• Fostering positive relationships with insurance companies and underwriters

Qualifications

• Must have RIBO License (or OTL license with willingness to obtain RIBO license)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail is crucial for this role
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site from the client’s Niagara Falls head office
