Personal Lines Broker

There is no expectation to do sales, unless it’s your preference.

About The Position:

• Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines clients (home & auto)
• Ensure the retention of the book of business by providing quality customer service
• Maintain professional client interactions with a high level of accountability and independence
• Potential opportunity to work on the commercial line accounts in the future based on your performance

Job Requirements:

• Level 2 Alberta license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
• Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
• Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy
• Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression

Benefits:

• $55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on the experience, plus bonus and commission
