Live-In Building Manager

We are actively seeking a Resident Manager to provide ongoing support to our on-site management team. This is a live-on-site role within the Greater Vancouver area.

Salary & Benefits

• $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
• Extended benefits package.
• Rent subsidy.

Key Responsibilities

• Show suites and provide prospective residents with applications when deemed a good fit for the building.
• Manage the rental process, including all required paperwork for suites, parking, and/or storage lockers.
• Treat applicants and residents with courtesy and respect, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Prepare vacant suites for new residents by completing necessary repairs, upgrades, cleaning, and painting.
• Handle resident complaints, including issues related to excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or misuse of property.
