Responsibilities

  • Engage with personal and commercial clients to assess their life insurance needs
  • Servicing existing clients with reviews and ongoing support
  • Generate new leads through prospecting within current client networks and cross-selling
  • Meet monthly sales targets, including revenue and new client meetings
  • Utilize client management systems to track interactions and manage workflows
  • Participate in team-based lead sharing and internal referral programs

Qualifications

  • Must have LLQP license
  • 1-2 years of life insurance or benefits sales experience in Saskatchewan
  • Understanding of needs-based selling strategies
  • Industry knowledge of philosophy and compliance standards
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a desire to succeed
  • Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills
