Junior Insurance Agent

A Vancouver based family-owned insurance brokerage is currently hiring two Junior Personal Lines Advisors to join their teams in Burnaby or Richmond.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a Level 1 license who’s looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll focus primarily on renewals and personal lines servicing, with commission available for new business.

Responsibilities

• Handle ICBC and Personal Lines renewals
• Provide customer service in-person, by phone, and email
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and documentation
• Work as part of a team to handle general office duties as needed
• Opportunity to bring in and earn commission on new business

Qualifications

• Level 1 General Insurance License (BC)
• At least 1 year of ICBC or personal lines experience
• Ability to work independently and handle renewals with minimal supervision
• Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong asset
