Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across insurance brokerage operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and refine policies, procedures, and best practices to boost efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise department heads and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, oversee technology systems, and optimize workflow platforms.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to uphold high standards of client service and resolution times.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and managing contracts, licenses, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • CAIB Level III designation required.
  • 7+ years of progressive operations experience within insurance brokerage.
  • Proven leadership in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments with a track record of process improvement.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools, CRM systems, and workflow software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
