Our client, a well-established insurance firm, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Broker fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to join their established team. Compensation

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business in personal and commercial insurance for Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients
  • Deliver exceptional service, guidance, and relationship management to clients in their native language
  • Facilitate a smooth handover as the current account manager approaches retirement, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
  • Develop tailored insurance solutions based on client needs and current market offerings
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify growth opportunities within your book of business

Qualifications

  • Valid Level 2 insurance license in Alberta
  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin with excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing personal and commercial insurance lines
  • Strong relationship-building skills and client-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated with organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus
