Compensation

  • Base salary between $45,000 - $55,000 with annual bonus potential, tailored to your experience and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist producers with new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims
  • Support inbound walk-in clients and scheduled appointments
  • Manage policy changes and customer requests accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with CSR team members
  • Maintain accurate records within insurance management systems

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of commercial lines insurance experience or a strong desire to transition from personal lines
  • Proficiency with BMS
  • Level 1 insurance license
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Able to work full time in office
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
