Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking across Alberta’s agricultural sector
  • Manage a book of farm and agricultural accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Achieve sales and retention targets focused on farm and rural insurance markets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and farm-specific underwriting guidelines

Qualifications

  • Level 1 or 2 license in Alberta
  • Experience selling or managing farm and agricultural insurance accounts
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving sales goals
  • Knowledge of Alberta’s farming industry and insurance needs
  • Ability to travel within Alberta as needed
