Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify documentation for insurance and investment application
• Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, ownership changes, and premiums
• Maintain communication records and assist with follow-ups through MS Teams and phone
• Handling of the client deposits
• Collaborate with 2-5 financial advisors depending on business needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in individual life insurance
• LLQP license (or willingness to obtain/reinstate shortly after hire)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple advisor workflows
