FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

A key role today. An opportunity to grow into the financial leadership of tomorrow.

Saint-Eustache | Permanent Position | Full-Time

Are you a finance professional who enjoys both analyzing and building strategy and rolling up your sleeves when needed?

Enseignes iCubic is looking for a Financial Controller to play a key role in the growth and evolution of our company.

A Quebec-based company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of signage and architectural graphics, iCubic has approximately 50 employees. As part of our continued growth, the company recently acquired Enseignes Barbo, creating a unique opportunity to participate in the integration and financial structuring of multiple entities.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to grow with us—with real potential to eventually advance into a Vice President, Finance role for the entire group.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's finance function.

You will serve as a business partner to management while remaining ready to become directly involved in accounting operations when the situation requires it.

This is a leadership role, but not one where you will focus solely on strategy. We are a growing company, and we are looking for a leader who understands that sometimes you need to roll up your sleeves and get directly involved to support the team and move things forward.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full accounting cycle and ensure the quality and accuracy of financial information;
  • Participate directly in accounting activities when necessary, including month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, analysis, and other operational accounting tasks;
  • Lead, support, and mentor the accounting team;
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial results to management;
  • Manage monthly and year-end closing processes;
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses;
  • Analyze variances, costs, margins, and profitability;
  • Participate in the financial monitoring of manufacturing operations, projects, inventory, and work in progress;
  • Develop and improve dashboards and key performance indicators;
  • Participate in the integration of accounting and financial practices following the acquisition of Enseignes Barbo;
  • Optimize processes, internal controls, and financial tools;
  • Work closely with management and the Sales, Operations, and Production teams.

WHY iCUBIC?

At iCubic, you will have a real opportunity to make your mark.

You will work directly with senior management, participate in important decisions, and have the autonomy to improve and develop the finance function.

We offer a strategic role with significant potential, but above all, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.

For the right person, this role represents a genuine opportunity to eventually advance into a Vice President, Finance role for the entire group.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Permanent, full-time daytime position;
  • Competitive salary based on experience;
  • Group insurance;
  • Free on-site parking;
  • Direct collaboration with senior management;
  • A genuine opportunity for professional growth and advancement.

Do you have the ambition of a future VP of Finance while still being willing to roll up your sleeves and help build and move the company forward?

We want to meet you!
