Description
Audi Anjou is
seeking a capable and customer-focused Financial Services Manager to lead the sale of insurance, loans, and car warranties. You will guide customers through product options, supervise a small team, and ensure every transaction is clear, compliant, and right for the customer.
Key responsibilities
- Explain insurance, loan, and car warranty options to customers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial services professionals to deliver excellent service.
- Manage the end-to-end process of financing and insurance sales, including paperwork and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers to identify needs and suggest suitable products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to structure thoughtful, customer-centered financing and protection plans.
- Set goals, monitor performance, and implement improvements to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure all activities comply with legal requirements and dealership policies.
- Provide ongoing training on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
