Audi Anjou is seeking a capable and customer-focused Financial Services Manager to lead the sale of insurance, loans, and car warranties. You will guide customers through product options, supervise a small team, and ensure every transaction is clear, compliant, and right for the customer.

Key responsibilities

  • Explain insurance, loan, and car warranty options to customers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial services professionals to deliver excellent service.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of financing and insurance sales, including paperwork and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to identify needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to structure thoughtful, customer-centered financing and protection plans.
  • Set goals, monitor performance, and implement improvements to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal requirements and dealership policies.
  • Provide ongoing training on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Compétences recherchées

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related role within automotive sales or financial services.
  • Proven ability to explain products clearly and build trust with customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • High level of integrity and attention to compliance and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with basic computer systems and handling paperwork.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to work well with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
