We're Hiring: Part-Time Accounting Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and a knack for payroll? We're looking for a Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using industry-standard software
  • Support financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with team members while maintaining autonomy in your work

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in payroll
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Independent, self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
  • Must be willing to work on-site

Location: 3901 Jean-Talon, suite 200

Hours: Part-time, must have a flexible schedule
