Position: Administration and Accounting Technician - Bilingual

General Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Administration and Accounting Technician provides support to administrative operations, accounting and the sales department. This person plays a key role in invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, transportation logistics and various tasks essential to the smooth operation of the company.
Your Responsibilities
Invoicing and Accounts Receivable:
- Process invoicing.
- Receive cheques, credit cards and deposits.
- Monitor and follow up on credit policy.
- Perform account collections.
- Set up new client files.
Administrative and Accounting Tasks:
- Compile data and perform data entry into the computer system.
- Balance petty cash.
- Participate in month-end closing.
Sales Support and Logistics:
- Manage client transportation logistics.
- Provide support to the sales department.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Education:
- College diploma (DEC) in office administration or professional diploma (DEP) in accounting/secretarial studies (or equivalent).
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment (asset).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Bilingualism spoken and written (French and English) required.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Autonomous, resourceful and rigorous.
- Team-oriented, collaborative and helpful.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.

What We Offer
- Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week).
- Stable schedule Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
- Competitive salary between $25 and $30 per hour based on experience.

FORMATION / EXPÉRIENCES REQUISES ET/OU PERTINENTES

Avoir une expérience de travail appréciable dans un poste similaire (minimum 3 à 5 ans) ;
Connaissance du milieu manufacturier : un atout ;
Connaissance du français et de l’anglais parlé et écrit : essentielle ;
