Honda de Boucherville is currently seeking a Receptionist/Sales Assistant to join its team.
 
The successful candidate will play a key role in both welcoming customers and providing administrative support to the sales team. We are looking for a professional, organized, and cheerful individual with an excellent sense of customer service.
 
Main Responsibilities

Greet customers at the dealership 
Answer phone calls and forward inquiries to the appropriate departments 
Perform administrative follow-up on sales files 
Prepare certain documents related to deliveries and transactions 
Support sales consultants in their daily tasks 
Perform data entry and various computer-based follow-ups 
Manage emails and various internal requests 
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception desk 
 
Desired Profile
Experience in reception or administration (a plus) 
Excellent customer service 
Good time management and organizational skills 
Proficiency with computer tools 
Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit 
Experience in the automotive industry (a plus)

Stable daytime schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
