Your main responsibilities:
Greet customers at the dealership (transferring them to sales consultants);
Coordinate and supervise every step of the internal sales process;
Conduct trade-in vehicle appraisals;
Close deals (“T.O.”).
Authorizing transactions;
Following up on dealership visits with sales consultants;
Coaching and developing the sales team;
Here’s what awaits you with us:
Salary of $150K+ per year with performance bonuses (depending on experience)
Demonstration vehicle or allowance!
On-the-job training from the best in the industry (dealership performance coach)!
